drabicSolutions (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is an AI automation and digital agency based in Zagreb, Croatia, operating within the European Union. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

We only collect data you actively provide to us:

• Contact form: name, email address, and message content
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not stored long-term)

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.

• To respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest / contract performance)
• To protect the service from spam and abuse (legitimate interest)

4. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. Rate-limiting data is ephemeral and not retained beyond the relevant time window.

5. Third parties

We use the following sub-processors to operate the service:

• Resend:transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare Turnstile:bot protection (no tracking cookies)
• Vercel:hosting and edge infrastructure

We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

6. Your rights (GDPR)
